My High A sounds like crow

I have been blowing in a new reed (its an Elliot) in my chanter(Dunbar) and i find everything seems to be coming in nicely except my High A its making a crowing crakling sound anyone help me .

P.s. You tell me its medium okay try to keep the mouth little bit more open shut be done to fix.
the reed to much in seat rice it out or more hemp.
